How to See Fairies

It doesn't have to be this way, of course. We are being watched daily by these creatures. They know us well. Our lives and loves are well understood and the fairies both help and hinder us along the way.

Have you ever put something down on a table and a moment later it's gone? The fairies are playing pranks on you. Likewise, have you searched for something and quietly asked for help, only to find it moments later? Guess who!

Fairies are the ideal folk to turn to when in trouble. They see your life clearly, know your past, present and possible futures.

Do you believe in Fairies? Have you ever seen one? Perhaps you've seen a flash of light from the corner of your eye and been unable to find a logical explanation. Have you suddenly become aware of the scent of a flower or plant, that no one else has noticed? Have you felt something brush against you in the garden and put it down to an insect flying past?

Perhaps you attract fairies... Fairies are attracted to people with open hearts. People who are willing to believe.
They are also attracted to music and laughter. Do you whistle, hum or sing while you are busy at work? There's a good chance that there will be a fairy nearby.
The best times to spot fairies are at 'in between' times. First thing at dawn, early evening at dusk. Fairies are also found at in between places. At the edge of a woodland - they are often found in trees. In your house you will perhaps see one on the stairs or landing or at a doorway. Any between place or threshold is an ideal place to see a fairy.

Fairy folk love singing, music, dancing and laughter. That's why children are most likely to see fairies. Children are pure of heart and mind and have the talent of unquestioning belief in what they see. You may remember seeing a fairy as a child.

Never try to capture a fairy. Your likelihood of success is very slim and woe betide anyone who harms a fairy. Also be careful never to insult a fairy. Normally friendly and helpful types, the fairy folk can quickly show their destructive side when tested.

When seeking fairies, the rules are:

Have an open heart.

Open your mind to the possibility of their existence.

Be happy - fairies love laughter.

Sing a merry tune - you may well have a group of fairies dancing behind you.

Lastly, don't be afraid of what you might see. Fairies appear in many shapes and sizes, but mainly in the image they are expected to appear.
